Beachmaster - I know Agoracom has already responded, but wanted to advise you that even if there were SEDA activity, it wouldn't cause the price to drop dramatically because they are contractually obligated to buy at the average price over the past several days (I can't remember if it's 3 days or 5 days). And they would be buying new shares issued by Omagine, not already outstanding shares. Lastly, and I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think they are not allowed to sell for some period of time. So I doubt the activity is related to the SEDA.
