Gibster, I'm Bill, not Frank. He and Charley are the guys you're after. Although we do share the same birthdate, Frank's got me by about 2 years I believe. However my hair is still very much brown,(with no help),whereas the last time I saw Frank his hair has turned gray,bordering on WHITE.---I can't "Omagine" why,can you?
