I have been involved with the Omagine in excess of 7 years. I have read the complaints that the Omani government doesn't want this project to succeed for one reason or another. Governments drag their feet, not just the Omani government. A perfect example is our own government. The WTC that everyone wanted to re-built has taken over 10 years and it is still not done.

This is the closest we have been to having the DA signed. Relax and hopefully we will be able to celebrate the signing before the end of the year.
