I believe the post by PYPR on Oct. 24 is worth re-reading as I belive him to be spot on with his explanation for delays. Yes we have had many delays, but we seem to be getting closer to the end zone.

All the things they are asking, beach access and construction schedule are things that are neccessary for a real deal to conclude. I find that to be reasonable. Others will call them more delays. As Alton has expressed we are all in the same boat be it the Titanic or the Love boat. Time will let us know very shortly.
