Hi, guys! I just reread the 8k. I don't think the public access to the beach nor the construction schedule showing Tourism Components being started/constructed first rather than the Real estate components, will be issues for anyone.

But MOT did say that once they agree these final details, the final docs will have to go to Ministry of Finance and to Ministry of Legal Affairs for their approvals. Given the Sultan has approved this project, we're all hoping the MoF and the MOLA will turn things around quickly.

Lastly, as I believe Mr. PYPR stated, the Sultan's birthday is 11/18. That date seems very reasonable given all of the other pieces. So, here's to a hopefully joyous Thanksgiving.
