If it makes anyone feel better, I spoke to my friend works for another company, but has reliable people in Oman and Maskat, and has spent time there himself. He told me this summer that during the hot months, anybody important, along with the Sultan's family are out of town. They don't come back until Sept - Dec. to get the business done. If there is any signing, it will be between now and December for projects that are in the process. If they don't sign this year, it may be the fall of next year. It makes sense, since nothing has happened to present. There's still hope, but I won't buy the Brooklyn bridge yet Querty.
