I agree AltonG, the RCA is definitely turning the heat up. They have a lot to gain as well.

Remember the story "Ground Hog Day ", had a conclusion. I doubt that the MOT wants this to go all the way to someones mother. She doesn' t have time for her departments...I mean her children to not do there job.
