Keep in mind that management and other insiders own a fair amount of that 13m, including the capital support arrangement OMAG's had for a number of years (it's a 3rd party equity firm, forget the name, but it's in the 10ks).

As far as the LLC dilllution? Not sure of your question, but basically everything that goes into LLC, the land, etc., ... of that, 60% accrues to the benefit of OMAG Inc. So the dillution already occurred ... when we sold a 40% stake to RCA et al. The only way more dillution would occur, as far as I can tell, is if OMAG issued more shares to NEW shareholders or unevenly to existing shareholders (for example, if they issued a bunch of new shares to just me, then you get diluted). IF all existing shareholders received more shares in relation to the % they already own, then no one gets dilluted.

In my past comments regarding potential appreciation in our stock values ... through the book value increases, I took the 60% ownership into consideration.
