Qwerty, I was reading the last Q10, and all that has to happen is that the MOT has to respond to the RCA with regard to the SAOC. If you remember, the MOT wanted the SAOC to be signed by the major investors to ensure that no one would back out of their oblication. Right now, we're waiting for the response from MOT as to whether they can forgo this step until after the DA signing. I believe this is a significant step before the DA can be signed, and it could be just around the corner. I'm pretty optomistic that this will be done. Don't lose hope.
