In my opinion (mrs harrell), the last thing on earth that OMAG management is even thinking about is a stock split. It wouldn’t be in anyone’s interest at this time to rush out and sell more shares or split the stock. Once the D.A. is signed, all the funds from the contractual agreements, already in place, will flow through, and they are more than enough to fund operations for a year or two.The company should not wish to dilute their equity until they and their bankers deem it necessary for their balance sheet to expand in keeping with their eventual asset construction build out program.

Following the DA signing--and some classy promotional exposure--the stock could rise above 25 per share. In which case, a modest secondary stock/bond offering would be in order, if only to wet the appetite of professional investors, and to celebrate and display this very classy undertaking on the shores of Oman’s capital. Chances are, not many professional investors have ever seen such an extraordinary sweetheart joint venture with an aspiring well grounded Middle Eastern country preparing to take its place among the world’s great tourist attractions. I’m sure the company’s equity will be in short supply for several years, and that’s a good thing.

Everybody think big, and hang around for the fun.
