Management states that it has no further comment to make since filing its highly detailed disclosures in its annual report on April 16, 2012.

Furthermore management indicated that significant events will continue to be updated through current reports on Form 8-K as appropriate and that it does not deem it appropriate for the company to engage in day to day commentary or dialogue on the investors’ discussion board.
