Jkrantz take heart. With low float of this tock there is way that the volumn offered in the rights offering would have traded any way near the $1.25. The price would have gone through the roof. Sure a small numnber of shares and investors (my self included ) bought below offering price . I also bought my allocation and requested surplus. In the big picture ; if I had to choose paying less outside the offering. I would have spent my money exercising my rights. Why, first the proceeds increase the companies capital, second the spread is in cents.
It's a better decision to enhance the company if you belief that returns ae going to be in multiples of dollars. I hope this gives you another way of thinking . You sound like you feel duped. Not. The realworld never presented a signicant opportuniy. regards, Al Federici
