Multi-Billion Dollar Agreement Signed With Oman

Message: Exercise of rights

Agoracom has already corrected your misunderstanding regarding selling restrictions. As to your other questions ...

If you do NOT excercise your rights, YOU get dilluted to the extent the rest of us excercise our rights. And given that the largest shareholders (at least Frank Drohan for sure) have excercised, you get diluted to their benefit. Agree that it seems silly to buy at $1.25 when some bozo just sold a few shares at the close yesterday for $1.18 (what's he thinking?!), but it was only a few shares and that doesn't mean you'd be able to buy more at that price. The curse of a thinly traded stock.

Anyway, if one doesn't think the DA will be signed, then one should not buy the additional shares as they will, along with our existing shares, become worthless in due time (sooner rather than later). But if one DOES believe the DA will be signed, then the difference between $1.18 and $1.25 doesn't really matter, does it?

Hope this helps. And to all other existing shareholders ... please stop underselling our company for a few shares? Please?
