As I stated before the rights should have been exercised 30 days after the signing of the DA ,to have benefited long standing shareholders.The stock today was at $.50 to 1.50.I will put in an order to acquire 2000 shares at $.50 tomorrow and ride along . How long the company can survive is a big question.From the VP ' s statement is does not appear that the signing of the DA is just around the corner.
