Might all be relative. There were a few days of "silence" as we all held our breath. So this looks like higher volume compared to nil. Doesn't surprise me that some are taking $ off the table. But 26k shares traded out of nearly 13m shares outstanding is nothing. But it does give one heart burn. Again, its either all in or all out. There aren't enough buyers to make any of us whole if this DA doesn't get signed. Fact is, someone IS buying ... and getting a very good deal.

So I keep telling myself it will get signed b/c I can't see any reason for it NOT to get signed ... other than cultural foot dragging.
