I appreciate what you said about Frank and Charlie. I spoke to Frank a few years back on the phone and I was impressed with him as a person. I can't believe that he would come this far if he didn't truly believe it was going to happen. When he said "nonsensical" delays he was sending a message that he is frustrated but still committed.
