But, you still missed the other point of my original post. And that was to query why you did not notify us of this significant dilution of shares which was first flagged back on 21 June?

Additionally, I was asking for more input on your views and insights on the potential impact of such material changes based upon your professional experience (Feel free to add any/all the usual disclaimers about forward looking statements etc. etc. as needed, but your feedback would be of great value to the discussion forum). For example: Will this dilution of shares also affect the partner shareholders like RCA?
