Until that DA is signed, nothing is going to happen even though everything has been agreed to. There have been bumps in the road along the way, and I suspect that the shareholder agreement was the biggest. Why would I give up land in a prime setting, if I knew the project didn't have committed financing. I believe the DA will be signed, but the Omanis are slow with new directors in these key positions reviewing the DA.
