With the last updated 8K, it stated they believe that the New shareholders agreement will be done within a 2 week period and the DA SHOULD be signed shortly thereafter.

Why are shareholders selling low now, when all is so close to finalization.?

It seem unbelievable that some knuckleheads would sell LOW.

Could they know something the rest of us don't.

Could it be that these shareholders done believe this will ever come to pass.

My personal opinion is that it will happen but I know not when and hope it will be before the end of this year. I am definately not believing it will pass prior to the next quarterly report. But miricles do happen
