I know for about a week now you haven't been able to trade, well buy at least online. Have to go through a broker, said it has something to do with unusual Internet activity on this stock, so they require you to go through a broker.

Probably has something to do with scammers trying to attempt a pump and dump but that's just my opinion.

Dought it has anything to do with what your talking about though.
