Ohman you're right, however management has been very conservative in putting out press releases and only do so when corporate events warrant one. It is very refreshing to see a smallcap company take this approach.

As far as the recent decline in price I can only shake my head; it appears to be one sell who obviously has no market savy at all. OMAG is on the eve of announcing a two billion dollar deal closing and mutual funds are scurrying to offer Middle Easterns focussed funds as a sector where the economies are forcasted to continue robust growth.

All i can say IMHO the seller as I believe there is on major seller knocking out any bid 40 cents or higher will have liquidated their position soon and they will be left on the outside looking in as I predict greater then 5 dollars a share post DA.

To Identify the seller one just needs to llok at who has stock where 40 cents a share is profitable. Reviewing last years 10k and 10Q gave me my answer!
