Please re-read your post. Management has on at least three occasions stated in an SEC filing that they beleived that the signing was to occur shortly. "Why tip your hat"...you must be kidding.

No denying the value here...and we are not looking for fluff...just an update as to the facts. This is not a private company...its public and has a fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders.  Thanks for your post.
