Hi lebnjb, The market is very impatient. When the name change was announced the market became over exuberant and the price ran up into the high two dollar range. They assumed that the final big announcement was going to follow quickly (within days). That did not happen most people holding the stock were up money, there was month end to factor in and the major announcement has yet to come= Sell Off. In short Many shareholders have been tied up in the stock for years and as soon as the final vend in of the property to the development company didn't happen immediatly they sold their holdings and created downward pressure. That said once all that takes place the shares should be worth 5-6 dollars a share.
