Lluvia de Oro/La Jojoba Update
TSX Venture Exchange - Symbol: NWM - Shares Outstanding: 304,131,093
Mining and construction activities continue to operate in four areas of the Lluvia de Oro mine site. Excavation of gold ore is taking place in the area immediately northeast of the edge of the former Creston Pit (Bank 907.5 North). That ore is being placed on the leach pad 789 and the higher grade material is being stockpiled for placement on the new SW- and SW-2 leach pads.
Ramp construction and removal of low-grade and waste material is being accomplished in the northeast part of the Creston Pit (Bank 892.5 Central), so the mining crew can obtain access to higher grade material in that area. And, a combination of ore and waste is being blasted and excavated in the southwest part of the pit (Bank 897.5 south).
Construction of the SW-1 and SW-2 leach pads is making good progress with five of the six cells mostly completed. Ore loading will commence in earnest on the new pads when construction is completed.

Lluvia-Jojoba Mine staff hosted a visit by 24, soon-to-graduate Mining Engineering students from the University of Sonora at Hermosillo. The group toured the facilities and received instruction on type of work done by each of the major work centers at the mine, and how these activities are integrated to guide development and mining activities at Lluvia.

Exploration drilling and surface exploration continues in the NE Extension and in the area of El Cobre south. The Exploration Department completed a new soil geochemistry grid including more than 400 soil samples in the area southwest of Creston Pit. Results of the geochemical survey indicate an area of potential mineralization within the survey area.
