NWM draws funds from standby credit facility

TORONTO, Nov. 2, 2010 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX News Network) --

TSX Venture Exchange Symbol: NWM Shares Outstanding: 302,175,093

NWM Mining Corporation ("NWM") announces that it has drawn additional funds totalling USD4 million under its amended standby credit facility, announced on September 21, 2010. The funds are to be used in the ongoing construction and operation of NWM's Lluvia de Oro gold mine in Sonora, Mexico and for exploration around the Lluvia de Oro and adjacent La Jojoba gold deposits. In conjunction with this drawdown of funds, 1,968,256 common shares of NWM have been issued to the lender as a drawdown fee.
