PO is more than an angel investor coming to aid the company with simple loans.  Of course, I've not read the terms, but these appear to be simple loans that do not include stock or options. 

In somewhat related news, gold and silver have moved strongly higher this morning.  POG is at a new all-time high of 2,322, while silver is up 1.3 percent to $27.20.  Copper is about to go green.
