You are correct, of course.  Thank you.  I am nearly thirty years from having had my own business, though I never operated as a public company.  I'm sure "BillCPA" was reparing a similar response. 

Anyway, here is an example of how these public message boards can be helpful not only for disseminating information but also for correcting misperceptions within discussions.
