The good news is right after 4:00 in the interview video, " . . . derisking . . .".  If correct, that would lead me to think P.O. is likely to continue his rather aggresive approach to moving the project forward.  Bryce's face really lit up when the talk turned to the second hole.  I note that Bryce said he expected to only go another 300 feet in the second hole, which makes me think that there is a third hole in the near future.

The entire onversation did not reference "RRC" even once.
