So the company filed an 8-K yesterday after the news release, which is for "when a company undergoes a materially significant event." But I still want to know why this NR would differ from a few others where no 8-K was filed that I saw. Is this NR more significant than the first one about drilling results where I don't think an 8-K was filed? I know it is certainly much more detailed and specific.
