And just to be completely clear. I don't believe there is anything in this report that suggests any deficiencies. Nor does the fact that it was put out suggest it was covering up for any problems. Frankly, I think it was as stated- simply informational- with some good information on drilling plans going forward. In that sense, I suppose it could be seen as "encouraging"- to demonstrate that progress was being made and that there are good plans going forward. But that doesn't seem to constitute bogus hype to me. 
Not too long ago we were complaining about a lack of communication. Now that there is some communication during a time of activity there are the opposite complaints. At the company they must feel like " You just can't win with these guys".
