It means they hit the hard cap I described recently, causing the minerals below to spread out like the top of a mushroom.  Except for the hardness of this cap, indications are pretty typical of the targeted deposit but say nothing of grade, at least not directly.  Given the region's history, there is no reason to believe that what is below the cap is anything but rich copper-moly-gold+.
