Seems to me:
P.O. is less likely to throw more money at a null result in the hope of change than to do the same because the known data make the choice 'reasonable'.
The stability of the share price and subdued volume may be indicative of a patient and committed core of shareholders, perhaps even 'sophisticated' - the current chart impulse is trending sideways rather than collapse, as it was wont to do in the past.
We wait, as in the past, but for an event(s) known to be coming, rather than hoped - as in the past.
Random thought: does the purported 'hard rock' have any economic value? Are quaarries a thing anymore? Do Enviro-Moonbats object to them?
