RE: environmentalists.  One thing I will say about this is, the hilly scrub desert where the claims are would probably not be a major concern to environmentalists unless some ugly water issue raised its head. Don't get me wrong. I lived in Tucson for 30+ years and I think the high desert with the towering saguaro cacti is spectacular. And unfortunately, the mountainous terrain where Rosemont Copper was supposed to mine is also beautiful. But having been to the HM claims and driving down nearby I-10 to a client in nearby Sierra Vista many times, I would think this scrub desert would not rank anywhere in the beautiful/breathtaking/scenic category. Plus we already took care of the architectural aspect--like finding ancient Apache ruins or something--so we're covered there. That is a major positive, and I say this because if our claims were near historic Cochise Stronghold and/or the nearby uniquely beautiful Chiracuaha Mtns., we would never have got this far. So thank God for hilly scrub desert! (Although I am sure LBSR will abide by all the rules to preserve the surroundings and use water carefully.)
