Unrelated to LBSR, at least for now, if anyone wants to look at an example, check out the recent action with RVSM, noting the low of 1.08 cents less than a month ago, but most especially the price action in the last few days.  Look at the volume compared to normal and the price range during the day.  A few minutes ago, it was up 305 percent on the day - now fading and likely to close lower.  It was the same pattern yesterday, though not as pronounced.
