"...so that may bode well for another uptick tomorrow sans news."

Well, it did open higher, but that soon faded into red.  However, it has recovered from 26 cents to 28.5 even as volume has slowed substantially.   While still down on the day, the recovery thus far suggests it could go green at some point today.  I can't guess whether or not it will close higher, but the "rush" does seem to have slowed for now.  As always, news can make a difference.
