Not without other news, in my opinion.  There are lots of explorers sitting on discoveries in recent years that may have helped the share price initially but now sell with the companies having much lower market caps than earlier.  Just keep in mind that mining stocks generally are still out of favor.  Were we in a "hot" market for miners, the sky would be the limit.   

However, I am still anticipating significant gains for LBSR in the short run.
