For perspective, I've seen hot stocks trade for multi-hundreds of percent of the float.  It could happen here, too, but the market for mining stocks now is not what it was when I saw those kinds of multiples. 

I wonder why so little is available on the Web about Mr. Bryce.  It's not expected to see one without a graduate degree doing work like we may have at Hay Mountain.
