Tombstone Exploration (which is no longer active there, though they own an old mine) looks to be going bust.  I've not checked their activity for a long time, but I saw moments ago their stock is very sub-penny.  I then went to their Web site and found they had not issued a PR in a year.  At one time, they had many Hay Mountain look-a-like claims based on ZTEM, but they could not keep up the financings required to keep those claims active, probably owing to the target depths.
