Yes - interesting that he signed as a Director, altho Tracy told me (in reply to my e-mail) last week that it takes 20 days for Board changes to take effect.  Hadn't heard that one before.

Also interesting is the total number of issued and outstanding shares shown - 41,120,568.  In PO's filing on 10/17 it shows 48,375,518 shares issued and outstanding.

Has there been a buyback program we haven't been told about???
