I don't know about the retired surgeon's financial interest, though I believe he is quite old, if still among the living.  I don't know.

As to Oklohom's first loss of the season, my disappointment was made up in the Arizona Diamondbacks having such a smashing victory over the Texan Rangers last night in game two of the World Series at Arlington, TX.  Game 3 is tomorrow in Phoenix.
