I remember Rosemont. I wrote their TV commercial. From their website, it sounded like they had  an AZ propery closer to LBSR as well as properties in Canada and Peru. Yes, they are not a likely candidate at all. I was just pointing out that there must be some parties out there that know the history of this whole area and would like to get in somehow. I hope so anyway
