Back into the 3s. One minute before the close of the day, one trade passed by at 3.94 cents over 90k shares for a loss on the day of 7.29 percent. Otherwise, a total of 196,910 shares were traded during regular business hours.
There was no after-hours trade today in the 10 minutes following the closing bell.
The Dow closed up roughly 550 points today on top of about 220 yesterday. Markets, I think, are looking for a soft landing. I don't think they will get one. Once they see that a recession has taken hold, mining stocks should benefit. Take that as a generalization; individual issues take their own courses.
