A copper porphyry deposit holds a lot more than copper. And Hay Mountain could have as much gold as BG dreams about for Red Rock Canyon. That's Arizona's attraction for the big-boy miners of porphyry deposits. And there are many more of them (and the money that comes with them) than for hard rock gold prospects.
At least Hay Mountain has a recommendation for drilling from SRK, who are among the world's leaders in mine consulting. Red Rock Canyon has no advice near that level of respect.
LBSR had another gold option, with some prior drilling showing high grades. However, BG did not renew that claim, preferring to focus on the gold claim he added to the company despite his lack of education and experience as a mine finder. So, I see nothing in RRC to crow about, but it doesn't matter what is discovered or when so much as something gets drilled, and the sooner, the better.
I must admit, though, if there is gold at RRC, it could be far cheaper to begin mining it than ore at Hay Mountain.
Let's see what the new CEO does with either project and when.
By the way, big volumes or low, the trend is the key, and for this company, it is ever lower until it isn't lower or isn't a company.
