Usually, such news is accompanied by an explanation, such as "to pursue other interests" or "to spend more time with family" or even "for health reasons".  Given that such is glaringly absent in this case, I have to suggest something out of the ordinary is happening here, but we pawns may never know what it is. However, it could also be an oversight by someone unfamiliar with writing such news releases. If that is the case, it's just par for the course for this company and speaks to the continuing lack of proper experience in running a tiny exploration-phase mining company.
