I believe the Yahoo figures for share ownership are probably close to correct.  But BG and PO hold 70%+ of shareholder votes, based on their Class A share ownership.

Concerning Board meetings (ref's post) - the Board has to meet every now and then, and is required to keep minutes of the meetings.  The minutes are available to be read, but you have to go to the corporate office.
