Yes. It's been long suspected by some that there would be some possible move to take the "regular" share holders out of the picture- either through bankruptcy- with the duo- after positioning themselves as creditors- picking up the pieces- or by- after securing all those super share votes- simply voting to take it private. It makes sense of why there seems to be efforts to keep the share price low- so that it would take a relative pittance to pay off the shareholders- and why there apparently has  been no real effort to obtain a partner and get drilling started. The time for that would be after the move.
