Such positions are hard to classify, like BGs, mainly when he worked full-time for a law firm in Denver while also being head of state for LBSR.  I understand he no longer has that position in Denver, but there is no way to know if he works for LBSR two hours per week or two hundred.  If he's taken another day job outside the company, he's not telling us.
