One trade at the opening this morning for 400 shares lifted the "value" by 22 percent.  Can anyone not think this is attempted manipulation?  Twenty-seven minutes into the day, and no more trades so far.

At present, the bid is 5.6 cents, and the ask is at the opening sale price of 7 cents, again on 400 shares.   Me thinks someone is doing some crooked trading.
