Planboy, thanks for the compliment.  I have to point out that I am not following Tombstone area miners and posting about them because I recommend them.   While I have strong feelings in support of what may lay below Hay Mountain, I have no faith in LBSR,  and nothing in that area meets my current parameters for investment (though I do like Aztec).

I took a look at TMRC and agree it looks interesting, but I am hesitant about rare earths and anything that is not a regional play.  Good luck.
