Brett- maybe you can explain for us the rational for turning your back on Hay Mountain in favor of the supposed quick fix of Red Rock Canyon. At this juncture- how has that worked out for you? You have apparently expended funds doing some investigation and analysis there- but thus far- for naught. And- you have- presumably- and- hopefully been promoting this RRC deal now for years- with nothing to show for it.

Why not accept that RRC is going nowhere and go back to focusing on what we know to be a unique and hugely valuable target which we hold in our hands- namely-  Hay Mountain.

If not- why not? What is there to loose?There is everything to gain.

You owe the shareholders an explanation.
